My love of massage began when as a child I would trade back rubs with my sister. I am fascinated by the human body. It’s intricacy awes and inspires me. I believe our bodies have a well of untapped potential. My interest is in exploring all of these possibilities. The field of massage and bodywork is exciting to me because there are so many different modalities to study and learn. Some of my specialties are Somatic Movement Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy and Myofascial Release.
We are so busy in our fast paced world that we lose touch with ourselves. We live too much in our heads until our bodies break down. Massage re-unites us with ourselves; mind, body and spirit. I believe in the power of touch. I hope that somehow as a bodyworker I can have a positive influence on each client’s ability to experience life.
